Appeal Information: If you’ve been banned and wish to appeal, please contact our support team through Discord by sending a message to any Moderator or Admin. Appeals cover rule violations, in-game behavior, PvP/mini-game infractions, or Discord misconduct.
Verbal Warning
1.1 • When in chat, use common sense. Respect others to be respected in return and avoid certain behavior that can be bothersome or strange.
1.2 • Do not beg users for in-game items, currency, or any services outside of Minegard Online.
1.3 • Keep topics on their respective channels.
1.4 • No discussion of Politics, religion, or world affairs keep it related to the server.
1.5 • Do not share the reason/s for your warnings / mutes / bans in chat. It can cause arguments and discussions on chat between the staff team and community members.
Warn/Mute
2.1 • No Spamming/Flooding. Refrain from sending excessive, repetitive, or unsolicited messages to maintain a positive and healthy environment.
2.2 • Do not try to find ways of bypassing our auto-mod.
2.3 • Do not annoy other users in voice channels (e.g., being too loud, disruptive, or disrespectful).
Appealable Ban
3.1 • Threats, harassment, or advertising are strictly prohibited on the server and in DMs.
3.2 • Do not record anyone in voice channels without their consent.
3.3 • No offensive nicknames or profile pictures, including sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Unppealable Ban
4.1 • Trading in-game items for real money or any form of black-market sales is strictly prohibited.
4.2 • Refrain from sharing any illegal/dangerous software, documents, files, etc.
4.3 • Do not hack, cheat, exploit bugs, or abuse game mechanics to gain unfair advantages. Do not harm staff or community members through Doxxing, phishing, or other malicious actions.
4.4 • Unauthorized access attempts or account manipulation, and trying to find a Loophole in our rules.
4.5 • Abide by the Discord TOS. When you accept to use services such as Discord, you must follow the terms they impose without exceptions.
Our staff reserves the right to issue punishments for any behavior they deem a violation of our community guidelines. Please refrain from disputing moderation decisions within the server.
